You don’t have to be a “dancer” to feel the magic of moving to music. Gentle, rhythmic movement allows the body to release tension, the mind to quiet down, and the spirit to open up. Science shows that when we move in rhythm, even in the simplest ways, we boost circulation, reduce stress, and lift our mood.
My classes are not about performance or perfection—they are about connection - connection with yourself and like minding peers. You’ll find a safe, welcoming space where music guides your body to move in ways that feel natural and therapeutic. Every step, sway, or stretch is an invitation to reconnect with yourself and experience joy, freedom, and confidence.
If you’ve ever thought “I can’t dance”—these classes are for you. Come as you are, discover the power of movement, and let the rhythm do the rest. In my Monday morning classes we start with gentle movement that allows us reconnect with ourselves, be aware of any tention we hold in our mind and body and only then we move into energetic Zumba with intention, we finish the class with mobility stretch. On Friday evenings we unwind with an unstructured, expressive dance experience to release the week’s tension. We aim to find calmness, safety, and gratitude as we move into the weekend with softness and ease.
