Meet Simona

Wellbeing and Holistic Fitness Coach

Hi, I’m Simona — a passionate Wellbeing Coach and Fitness Instructor who believes that movement is more than exercise; it’s a way to reconnect with yourself, recharge your energy, and rediscover joy. With over 7 years of experience teaching dance and strength fitness, I’ve seen firsthand how music, rhythm, movement, and community can transform not just bodies, but confidence and spirit too.

My mission is to create a welcoming space where you feel safe, supported, and inspired to move at your own pace — especially if you’ve had a break from fitness or are rebuilding your confidence. Every class is designed to be uplifting, energising, and fun, so you leave feeling lighter, stronger, and more connected to yourself and others.

Together, we’re building a new kind of community — one where movement isn’t about perfection, but about showing up, letting go, and celebrating what our bodies can do. I’d love for you to join me on this journey and experience the joy of moving freely again.

The Path Behind my Practice

My journey has always been rooted in a passion for health, wellbeing, and the way movement can transform lives.

I first built my academic foundations with a BSc in Health and Wellbeing and later an MSc in Global Public Health, because I wanted to deeply understand how our bodies, minds, and environments shape the way we live. Becoming a Certified Health Trainer and Improvement Coach gave me the tools to not only support individuals but also to help create positive change within communities.

Movement, however, has always been at the heart of who I am. By following my heart, I expanded into a wide range of fitness disciplines, training as a Group Exercise to Music Instructor and gaining certifications in Les Mills Body Combat, Pump, Zumba, Strong Nation, CIRCL Mobility. 

From there, I embarked on studying for a Foundation Degree in Dance Movement Psychotherapy which opened my eyes to the powerful connection between body and mind — how moving can release emotions, heal, and restore confidence.

 

Each qualification has added a new layer to my practice, allowing me to design classes that are not only fun and dynamic, but also restorative and empowering.

This path has shaped the way I teach today — blending knowledge, rhythm, and energy with compassion, so that everyone who joins me feels supported on their own journey back to strength, confidence, and joy.
